Drop off/Pick up Protocol

DRESS REHEARSALS AT MKSD
– Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time
 
– Arrive in costume – if your child has multiple classes/changes please have them wear a flesh tone leotard under costumes, or a leotard that won’t show.
 
– Report to Studio 1 – your child’s helper will be waiting for them
 
– Dancers will stay with helpers and practice for the show – parents can wait in the lobby as it is a short time, or leave and return at scheduled end
 
*Near the end of rehearsal, I will come out to the lobby to review performance day protocol and answer any questions
 
PERFORMANCES AT PERKINSON
DROP OFF
– Arrive 45 – 30 minutes prior to showtime
 
– Arrive in costume – if your child has multiple classes/changes please have them wear a flesh tone leotard under costumes, or a leotard that won’t show.
 
– Carpool drop off at the back of the theater. Our staff will be there to greet your child and take them to their dressing room where helpers will be waiting.
 
– At that time, you may park and enter in the front of the building to be seated for the show. (concessions available, flower pick up if ordered (or can purchase day of))
 
DISMISSAL
– Students will all come onstage at the end of the show and be dismissed directly from the stage. I will direct this over the microphone, and our staff will be there to guide you. You will exit with your child through the backstage entrance.
 
ADVANCED 1/2/3
Rehearsal Wednesday, May 14 at MKSD 
– Ballet warm up 4:45 – 5:30 with Marianne
Performance Sunday, May 18 at Perkinson
– Warm up onstage 2:45 – 3:30 with Taylor
