Contemporary Dance Company at MKSD
Compass Contemporary provides a pre-professional environment for dancers to enhance their technical and artistic skills in classes, rehearsals and performances.
Elevé Ballet Company (EBC) provides a pre-professional atmosphere for company dancers to enhance their technical and artistic ballet skills in classes, rehearsals, and performances. All content will be classical work, educating the dancers on the history of ballet while preserving original choreography.
2023 – 24 Season: Full season program (Sept – May)
Rehearsals Mondays 7:30 – 8:30pm (Sept – May)
Compass Dancers will have preseason choreography in late August. (as scheduled)
2024 Performance: April 21 @ Perkinson Center for the Arts
Compass dancers will perform in a concert dance format in the spring. Additionally, Compass dancers may be selected to take a small group to competitions.
