Contemporary Dance Company at MKSD
Compass Contemporary is a pre-professional modern and contemporary dance company for students committed to developing their technical, choreographic and artistic skills. Dancers in this company explore a variety of themes, music and movement styles to give them a well-rounded and holistic experience.
Elevé Ballet Company (EBC) provides a pre-professional atmosphere for company dancers to enhance their technical and artistic ballet skills in classes, rehearsals, and performances. All content will be classical work, educating the dancers on the history of ballet while preserving original choreography.
2025 – 26 Season: Full season program (Sept – May)
Compass dancers are required to take Contemporary, Ballet, and Modern technique classes. They are also required to attend weekly rehearsals.
2025 Performance: April 27 @ Perkinson Center for the Arts
